Continuing a meaningful presence at #ASCO2025<\/a><\/span>, I was honored to represent the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Regional Council at the ASCO-COSA-ECO Joint Meeting on Healthy Work Environments and Cultures.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

During my presidency at HeSMO\/Greece, I saw how strategic, context-aware initiatives can drive real change\u2014even with limited resources. At the meeting, I had the opportunity to share how Greece\u2019s experience reflects the four key principles\u2014organizational commitment, team-based culture, inclusive intervention design, and routine well-being assessment\u2014and how these can be adapted to the realities of healthcare systems across CEE.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
